SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How quickly do you process and ship your orders?

We take pride in our shipping speed. 90% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! We do not ship orders over the weekends. Any orders placed on the weekends or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.

How can I track my order status?

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

You can also track your orderusing our order tracking portal.

Note: Please give the tracking number 24-48 hours to update. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping method was chosen.

Domestic shipping:

Express - 2-5 Business Days

Standard - 2-8 Business Days

International Shipping:

Express 3-7 Business Days depending on Country

Standard - 6-10 Business Days Depending on Country

By selecting Express Shipping for your orders, you acknowledge that there is a possibility that delivery delays may occur, and that KAHUNA will not refund any postage charges or be held responsible for any delays. Express Shipping does not cover orders being packed faster, but it does cover orders being sent out quicker through the Australia Post network.

For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 2-5 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

Do International orders have to pay custom fees?

Yes. We have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay Instalments, and AfterPay which can all be found at checkout.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE QUESTIONS

Problem with your order? No problem at all. Please read through the information below for instructions on how to process your return/exchange.

How to do a return or an exchange?

We do accept returns and exchanges on all orders as long as the item is in its original and sell-able condition. We accept exchanges of up to 30 days after purchasing the item. We only accept items in their original, new condition. Washed items and/or with animal hair are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Do you have a sizing chart?

Different products have different sizing in regard to the fitting requirement. We usually state in the product description how the items fit. Please feel free to email at support@kahunaco.com.au
us for advice on sizing.

Shrinking Item?

For most of our products we do recommend washing with cold water and hang drying, we would not recommend using a dryer as they might damage or shrink the items. Some products can shrink more considerably than others depending on the materials used. Items that have been washed are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
