Shipping

We take pride in our fulfulment speed. All orders are generally fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days

After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping method was chosen.

Domestic shipping:

Express - 2-5 Business Days

Standard - 2-8 Business Days

International Shipping:

Express 3-7 Business Days depending on Country

Standard - 6-10 Business Days Depending on Country

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

You can also track your orderusing our order tracking portal.

Note: Please give the tracking number 24-48 hours to update. 

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support team at support@kahunaco.com.au. If an order hasn't been shipped yet, we will easily be able to update your desired changes. If it has already been shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Other

We generally do restock our core items. Some of our items are kept to limited releases that may or may not be restocked. Please subscribe to our email list to be the first to hear the latest news on new drops and restocks.

Absolutely! Please contact us with an outline of your order details (number of polos etc) and our friendly team will hook you up with a discount code.

We receieve a high volume or requests to support charity / corcorporate / fundraiser golf days. As such, we do need to pick and choose which events we can support that align with our core values.

To submit a request for event support, please email us including the following details:

  1. Your name
  2. Your contact details
  3. Any company / organisation you are representing
  4. An outline of the event (size, timings, location etc)
  5. Brand exposure opportunities for Kahuna Golf (e.g. social media, signage etc)
  6. Your request (polos, prize packs etc).

We will endevour to respond to your request as soon as possible.
